The software automates most of the back-office operations of Engineering department. The software takes over post-drawing & plan preparation stage. It generates estimates, based on PWD rate schedule (which could be regularly updated through this software), by selecting the PWD Item and specifying the quantity. The software also prepares the material consumption plan.
Just by selecting the estimate and specifying some tender-specific information could generate tenders. Even the terms & conditions could be tagged from a fixed pool, thus saving time on repetitive work
Bids from the participants could be logged and allocation sheet generated by the system. The work orders could be prepared instantaneously by just selecting the contractor
The software has a built-in project monitoring system, which breaks the entire project into sub-activities with schedule dates. It has an interface to log actual completion dates and reports as at that moment
