The software comprises the following workflow…

• Funds are received against a Government Order under specific source of fund
• The software maintains 4-level hierarchy for different source of funds’ head. These could be the Source of Fund, distributed under various departments, which in turn, sub-divided to Divisions, further sub-divided to Schemes. Hence, at any point of time, the user could navigate through these layers to view schemes
• Funds could be sub-allotted as per the scheme guidelines, which is different for different schemes. Specifically, for Jgsy, Iay (New constructions & Upgradation), Eas (Ps share and Zp share), Untied fund, 11th Finance, Tsc, etc. Subsidiary cash books for the individual schemes are automatically posted
• Sub-allotments could again, be tracked against the incoming UCs
• Funds under certain heads could be appropriated to various departments/ divisions or schemes; keeping track of the meeting dates and references
• GO Number wise control is maintained throughout the system. All receipts against a GO is tracked to different appropriations, allotments, payments and Inward UCs
• The software has a fully integrated bill passing system. Inward bills are logged into the system with Work order reference and the same is passed after adjusting for Material issues, Income tax, Excise duty, Other deductions, Advances, Security deposits, etc. Corresponding deductions registers are automatically maintained
• All the statutory books of accounts like Cash Book, Appropriation Register, Sub-allotment Register, Deposit Ledger, Works Accounts Ledger, etc. are system-generated
• The software also has a module to automatically update Cash book from #Par (Payroll) with monthly payroll data
